Digital and Demand Generation Marketing Manager

New York

Who We Are

EDO is the TV outcomes company. Our leading measurement platform connects convergent TV airings to the ad-driven consumer behaviors most predictive of future sales. EDO empowers the advertising industry to maximize media impact, optimize creative performance, and know the fair value of every impression — across linear and streaming for an increasingly programmatic world. By combining immediate engagement signals with world-class decision science and vertical AI, EDO equips industry leaders with syndicated, investment-grade data that aligns media to business results. Leading brands, agencies, networks, streamers, and studios trust EDO's TV intelligence to know what works. EDO is headquartered in New York City and Los Angeles.

We recognize the benefits of hybrid working and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively. For our NYC team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two remote work days.

The Role

EDO is hiring a Digital and Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own the engine that turns our content, data and product launches into pipeline. This is a high-autonomy role, not a support function. You will run demand generation end to end across ABM, HubSpot automation, email, paid, social and web, with a particular focus on a growing motion of smaller, faster product deals that need a scalable, automated funnel rather than a hand-built enterprise sale.

You will report to the SVP, Marketing & Communications and work closely with Sales and Marketing Operations, our Product Marketing, and executive leadership. You will lead work with access to a contract bench of writers, designers, web developers, and paid media partners. We are looking for a self-directed growth marketer who can take inputs, brief strategically, move fast, make decisions, and continuously optimize - delivering does strong work and results with minimal oversight.

What You Will Do

  • Demand Generation & Funnel: Design and run the funnel for EDO's product-led deals, from target account selection to sales-ready opportunity. Build ABM programs, nurture tracks and automated plays that scale without a salesperson touching every account, and own funnel metrics jointly with Sales.
  • HubSpot & Marketing Automation: Own HubSpot as its most skilled user: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, routing, sequences, attribution and dashboards. Keep the data clean enough that Sales trusts it.
  • Paid Media & ABM Targeting: Set strategy, budget and targeting for LinkedIn, Google and programmatic or contextual buys. Brief and manage our paid media partner, and know the platforms well enough to audit their work and spot what isn't performing.
  • Content Production & Briefing: Keep campaign content moving on schedule. Write sharp briefs for contract writers and designers, edit drafts into EDO's voice, and produce or adapt assets yourself in Canva (emails, social posts, ad creative, one-pagers) when that's faster.
  • Email & Lifecycle: Own email via HubSpot, including newsletters, launches, nurture flows, segmentation, QA, deployment and performance reporting.
  • Social: Own EDO's organic social program and manage the people who run it day to day: a part-time contract social media manager plus our marketing operations manager and intern. Set the calendar, approve content and report on what's working.
  • Website: Run website marketing in HubSpot CMS, including landing pages, campaign pages, blog posts and product pages, and scope and prioritize work for our contract web developer.
  • Contractor & Agency Management: Set clear expectations, review output and hold contract partners accountable for quality, deadlines and budget.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Report regularly on what digital contributes to pipeline and turn the numbers into recommendations for leadership on what to scale, fix or cut.
  • AI-Native Workflow: Use AI tools daily for research, drafting, list building, briefing, QA and analysis, and build automations that let a small team produce like a larger one.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-10+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership of demand generation, ABM or growth marketing in Adtech, Martech, B2B SaaS or media.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving scalable growth within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
  • Expert-level HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CMS): you have built workflows, lead scoring and reporting from scratch, not just run sends.
  • A track record building a scalable funnel for mid-market or velocity deals, with conversion numbers to show for it.
  • Working fluency with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM platforms and Google Analytics, enough to direct and audit specialists.
  • A strong writer and editor who can turn a rough idea into a tight brief and a contractor's draft into publishable copy.
  • AI-native: AI is already built into how you work, and you can walk us through your actual workflows.
  • Experience managing contractors, freelancers or junior team members, including giving direct feedback on quality.
  • Bias for action: you prioritize on your own, ship at 80% and improve from there, and raise blockers the day you hit them.

Compensation & Benefits

EDO offers a competitive compensation package. Components of compensation include:

  • Mid-stage equity and competitive salary
  • Flexible Time Off
