Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to lead and advise on cloud transformation programs that modernize enterprise technology environments. This role requires deep expertise in the AWS Well-Architected Framework, operational resiliency best practices, and hybrid cloud integration strategies. You will provide strategic guidance, evaluate emerging technologies, and design solutions that balance innovation, scalability, and risk management.

The Cloud Solutions Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture roadmaps, oversee large-scale application modernization and migration efforts, and ensure alignment with enterprise technology, data, security, and integration strategies. You will stay at the forefront of cloud advancements, advising on best practices and helping organizations maximize the value of their cloud investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise cloud transformation programs.

  • Apply AWS Well-Architected Framework principles to design secure, reliable, and cost-optimized solutions.

  • Provide thought leadership on operational resiliency and cloud best practices.

  • Oversee hybrid cloud integrations, data migrations, and SaaS platform adoption.

  • Evaluate risks and opportunities in adopting new cloud tools, services, and technologies.

  • Advise on enterprise architecture, including technology, data, security, and integration.

Qualifications

Minimum Personnel Qualifications

Each Contractor personnel shall have the following minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of information technology or information security experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity,

computer science, auditing, or business administration

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience shall include at least 5 years of IT/IS operations/delivery experience

demonstrating progression in senior roles, 3 years of which include experience

with IT transformational change initiatives.

  • The ability to utilize risk management principles to evaluate and mitigate

potential risks

  • Experience leveraging understanding of IT and IS business line

objectives/priorities, related IT and IS solutions, and risk considerations to

recommend oversight strategies and execute oversight activities.

  • The ability to participate in or lead reviews or examinations
  • Proven experience managing large-scale cloud transformation programs.

  • Deep knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework.

  • Expertise in operational resiliency, hybrid cloud, and migration strategies.

  • Strong risk assessment skills for emerging cloud technologies.

  • Cloud certification required.
