What you’ll do:

  • Build strong working relationships internally and with junior & mid‑level clients, serving as the connection point between client needs and Eicoff teams.
  • Work closely with the Account Director across 1-3 client accounts to streamline communication, keep teams aligned, and ensure smooth delivery of work.
  • Manage day‑to‑day tasks with growing independence and sound judgment.
  • Oversee multiple smaller projects and support senior staff on larger efforts, tracking timelines and flagging risks or delays to the appropriate Eicoff teams.
  • Lead internal and client meetings with confidence and preparation.
  • Understand basic staffing and scoping needs, flagging scope shifts to senior team members.
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and initiative to projects, helping keep work moving and contributing to more engaging deliverables.
  • Review internal and client‑facing materials to ensure they tell a clear, accurate story, and partner with teams to resolve gaps before anything is delivered.
  • Act as quality control for creative deliverables – ensuring scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, and final cuts accurately reflect client feedback at each stage.
  • Learn to pull and organize data from agency tools and databases, helping the team prepare clear, client-ready insights and pitch materials.
  • Learn the fundamentals of performance media metrics and how they inform client reporting, campaign optimizations, and client conversations.
  • Partner with team leads to turn performance data, competitive activity, and creative observations into clear, actionable takeaways for clients.
  • Partner with finance and media teams to confirm campaign billing is accurate, matches scope, and reflects the work delivered.
  • Demonstrate interest and initiative in identifying new ideas or opportunities for clients.
  • Contribute to new business efforts through research, coordination, and presentation support.

What you’ll need:

  • 2-4 years of industry experience managing “the making” or delivery of great work.
  • A positive, engaging presence that helps teams work well together.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build clean, compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Developed skills in research and analysis.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and operate autonomously.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
