The Product team at Eigen Labs is on a mission to scale the platform to 1B users. Our Product Managers will be hyper-customer-focused and will translate that focus to the engineering teams. We’re looking for our first external Product hire to bring best-practices and top notch Product thinking.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Product Manager to join our team and shepherd the development of a complete product line. As our first Product Management hire, you will play a pivotal role in steering our product through various stages of its lifecycle, balancing the needs of different stakeholders while staying focused on the product’s core value proposition. Your ultimate goal is to help us reach over 1 billion users; companies like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, will all be building applications on top of EigenLayer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Set Clear Goals: Define what success looks like for the product, advocate for our customers, and collaborate with engineering on milestones and deliverables.
  • Prioritize Strategically: Standardize and use a scalable framework to prioritize features and improvements that align with the product’s goals.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Internal Communication: Ensure that all stakeholders understand the product vision and how their work contributes to it.
  • Be Data-Driven: Make decisions based on data and customer feedback, ensuring the product meets the highest standards of usability and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience
    • 5-7 years of product management experience, within the tech industry.
    • 2+ years of product management experience for developer-facing products.
    • Proven experience managing product at a rapidly scaling tech  startup.
    • Highly technical experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Skills
    • Exceptional ability to define product vision and strategy.
    • Proven track record of taking products from concept to market success.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong customer empathy and advocacy.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, especially Ethereum.
  • Experience with Ethereum and other PoS blockchain protocols

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $150,000 - $250,000 is the annual base salary. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Eigen Labs provides various employee benefits, including:
