Value Creation Plan (VCP):

LIPTON’s VCP consist of three important levers:

  • Rediscover growth
    1. Regain and extend distribution
    2. Drive brand activation (price/promo/brand communications/..)
    3. Enter attractive existing partitions (move our portfolio into new growth areas)
    4. Create new partitions at scale
  • Become cost and cash competitive
    1. Embed continuous improvement in COGS
    2. Step-change cash conversion
    3. Reset our footprint structurally
    4. Optimize our overhead costs (direct and indirect)
  • Build a culture of pride and performance
    1. Drive people’s engagement
    2. Embrace standardization and repeatable models
    3. Master laws of growth (Byron Sharp “How brands grow”)
    4. Create value for all (people and planet)

The NA market is the largest market for LIPTON and delivering above agenda is critical for the success of the company. As all three levers are very interlinked it requires the cross functional coordination of the Transformation Director to drive this change agenda with the right cadence and manage the interdependencies. An (ex) consultant with strong affinity with the FMCG industry (food and beverage is ideal) would be a good match with what we are looking for.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
