Job Title: Account Executive - Amazon & Pure Play

Your Role:
The Account Executive role is accountable for driving and delivering Lipton Teas & Infusions plans across Amazon and other relevant marketplaces and pure play platforms for the North America region. This role delivers high growth on the platforms by working closely with customers as well as other Lipton teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing. This role is responsible for ensuring relevant digital shelf, promotional and media plans, route-to-market strategies and more are implemented to deliver against our sell-out ambitions and financial targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end planning and execution on marketplaces and pure play in North America.
- Lead customer relationships with Amazon and other Pure Play as part of the annual negotiations process as well as everyday requests.
- Manage assortment, mix, inventory and trade spend across all platforms; ensure our route to market delivers growing market share and incremental value for Lipton.
- Deliver optimal digital shelf and innovation ramp-ups with partner agency and relevant internal functions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including forecasting, inventory management, order processing, logistics, customer service, etc.
- Manage advertising budget for Amazon and others, and work with media partner to ensure efficient and effective use of our media spend.
- Report on sell-in and sell-out performance vs. plan and manage the plan accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with latest marketplace changes and propose ways to test or adapt accordingly.
- Develop initiatives, identify metrics to track and which resources to invest in.

Skills and Experience:
- 9+ years of experience in the eCommerce industry working with Amazon, directly managing this account.
- Strong understanding of how Amazon operates both on the retail and media front.
- Experience working with other Pure Players and Walmart marketplace is a plus.
- Experience leveraging data and shopper insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, retailer dashboards).
- Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
