Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas this summer and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.
About the role
The Procurement Manager, Eko Capture Factory will report directly to the General Manager. The role involves leading the end-to-end development of the company's procurement strategy, processes and technology - ensuring the timely delivery of CAPEX projects, products and supplies to build and scale operations.
Procurement & Sourcing Strategy:
- Develop and implement procurement strategy for CAPEX projects, studio props and equipment (e.g. robots), and facility operations, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
- Optimize sourcing partnerships to meet the demands and pace of a high-growth business environment.
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management, in partnership with Factory Leadership, to secure high-quality, cost-effective partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure reliable, efficient supply chains.
Technology & Process:
- Evaluate and implement procurement technology to maximize visibility and ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Oversee purchasing workflows, including ERP (NetSuite), including accurate invoice coding and accounting.
- Partner with operations and technology teams to define inventory management needs and develop strategies that support risk management.
- Define and streamline cross-functional processes for procurement and supply replenishment.
- Own ongoing forecasting and planning for procured materials to maintain accurate budgets and meet demand consistently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with teams across robot, studio, warehouse, and facility operations to lead procurement-related projects and address challenges.
- Develop tools and systems to delegate repeatable procurement activities to departmental owners.
- Facilitate collaboration between suppliers and internal stakeholders to support supplier performance and compliance
The Creative Crew Manager is responsible for leading high-performing capture shifts, comprising 30–50 frontline associates (our Creative Associates), tasked with daily item styling, scanning, and photography. This is a hands-on, leadership-intensive role for people who’ve run fast-paced production floors, understand how to keep teams energized, and take pride in delivering top-tier creative and technical output at scale. This position reports directly to our Capture Operations leadership team and plays a key role in bridging technical studio execution with daily operational planning and business goals.
What you will do:
- Run the daily floor with clarity and urgency, managing frontline teams in live capture environments with high output expectations and variable workflows.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and special teams to translate capture volume goals into achievable daily plans.
- Own the quality of every asset produced on your shift. Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to assure visual excellence across every item.
- Train, mentor, and develop creative associates. Ensure each team member is empowered to succeed while holding a high bar for performance.
- Identify and escalate production bottlenecks, suggest workflow optimizations, and partner with R&D and engineering to test and refine capture processes.
- Create a high-energy, mission-aligned team environment. Keep teams focused, supported, and motivated.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience leading a procurement function within a complex environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing both CAPEX investments and operational supplies.
- Experience with procurement technology and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong background in scaling operations.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to execute in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Must be on-site 5 days a week in Northwest Arkansas.
