Join Eko's Capture Factory in Bentonville as our first Accountant! You'll manage financial records, support analysis and forecasting, handle AR/AP and expenses, perform reconciliations, assist with payroll and compliance, and contribute to budgeting and reforecasting. Collaboration with our HQ in Israel, the Factory GM, and the Procurement Manager is key. Be foundational to our growth!
What you will do:
- Own the Factory general ledger using Netsuite
- Assist with management reporting, including variance analysis and P&L and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager at the Factory
- Maintain invoicing and accounts receivable
- Maintain expense bookkeeping, online payment set-up, and accounts payable
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Review travel and entertainment expenses using Expensify
- Assist with bi-monthly payroll processing with PEO provider
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing
- Assist with non-routine and ad hoc projects
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper
- Experience with Netsuite (critical) and related integrations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word plus Dropbox and Google products
- Experience with PEO HR providers.
- Availability to come work in the factory Monday-Friday
- Proactive, effective problem-solver (identify issues and suggest solutions), detail-oriented (critical).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills (can multitask and prioritize)
- Comfortable in and accustomed to a start-up/growth stage business and office environment.
