Account Operations Manager
eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms.
Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.
Our first-of-its-kind facility will open in Northwest Arkansas this summer and scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.
As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we are seeking visionary leaders who thrive in dynamic, “figure-it-out-as-we-go” environments and are eager to grow with us.

- Keep clients informed and aligned as products move through receiving, capture, QA, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.
- Attend studio shoots as needed to support capture quality, gather behind-the-scenes insights, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues related to shipping, platform performance, or asset delivery.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and reporting across internal systems.
- Educate clients on eko’s systems and workflows, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term adoption.
- Collaborate with Studio, Warehouse, Post-Production, and Special Teams to resolve operational blockers and drive successful execution.
- Support recurring client check-ins, reporting, and feedback loops to promote satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to internal process documentation and the development of scalable operational playbooks.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in client operations, account management, or retail-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience working with suppliers, retail teams, or merchandising teams
- Strong organizational instincts and the ability to keep teams and timelines on track.
- Comfort with internal systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools to manage operational progress.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Experience in e-commerce content production or studio workflows is a plus.
- Must be on-site 5 days/week in Northwest Arkansas
