Creative Associate

Bentonville

eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers and our ability to increase e-commerce sales demonstrably, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data and media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first-of-its-kind facility will open in Northwest Arkansas this summer and scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.

Creative Associates are the frontline producers of eko’s revolutionary product media. Reporting to a Crew Chief, you’ll receive a daily capture plan and execute it with precision, artistry, and hustle. We want to make products look their best — quickly, consistently, and beautifully. You’ll style physical products, operate proprietary robotic systems, and ensure every image meets Eko’s high-quality standards before it ships out to our retail partners.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the entire product capture lifecycle, from inventory pick to final quality check, ensuring products are styled and captured to spec.
  • Style, prep, and position a wide variety of physical products, maintaining visual standards across different categories and shapes.
  • Operate proprietary robotics that scan, measure, and photograph products.
  • Quality check your work in real time — it only ships when it looks great.
  • Meet daily and weekly capture targets while maintaining top-tier styling and imaging standards.
  • Problem-solve on the fly, flagging technical issues and collaborating with teammates to keep production flowing.
  • Handle all products carefully, ensuring items remain pristine before, during, and after capture.
  • Collaborate with stylists and other operators when needed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Energized by a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Able to follow precise standards while using your styling instincts to make products look their best.
  • Excited to use robotics, cameras, and styling tools to transform everyday objects into standout digital media.
  • Obsessed with quality over shortcuts — you take pride in your work.
  • A team player who lifts others up and brings positive energy to every shift.
  • Able to stay physically active and on your feet during your shift; light to moderate lifting will be required.
  • Flexible and eager to learn new systems and processes as we evolve.

Bonus Points (Not Required):

  • Background or training in photography, video production, fashion styling, or media creation.
  • Experience in studio production, visual merchandising, or warehousing.
