Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.
Our first-of-its-kind facility will open in Northwest Arkansas this summer and scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.

The Receiving Associate at eko’s Capture Factory will report directly to the Receiving Lead. The role involves unloading, unpacking, verifying order accuracy, and preparing items for storage or stocking. This role is vital for eko’s streamlined process by utilizing technology to ensure fast and accurate throughput.
What you will do:
- Safely and efficiently unload incoming trucks, containers, and deliveries using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities received against purchase orders, packing lists, invoices, or other records.
- Thoroughly inspect deliveries for damage, defects, or discrepancies; document and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Accurately record received goods into the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory database using scanners, computers, or printed logs.
- Label received items with appropriate identification, barcodes, lot numbers, or storage location information as required.
- Sort, stage, and transport received materials to designated storage areas or departments within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and surrounding work area, adhering to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly; perform basic equipment checks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments (e.g., Purchasing, Inventory Control, Production) regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes as needed.
- Follow established procedures for handling returns, hazardous materials (if applicable), or special shipments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, receiving, logistics, or inventory control role (e.g., 1+ years preferred).
- Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations (counting, addition, subtraction).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with WMS, ERP systems, or handheld scanners is a plus.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects frequently (typically up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly.
- Visual acuity to read labels, packing slips, and computer screens, and to inspect goods for defects.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily within a warehouse setting.
- The noise level can range from moderate to loud.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (forklifts, trucks).

This position pays an hourly rate starting at $20.00, with the final rate based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
