As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our technology and our clients’ eCommerce environments. You’ll lead the technical onboarding process, assist in pre-sales evaluations, and provide hands-on integration support throughout the customer journey. This role requires a strong understanding of Shopify and web technologies, along with a passion for solving technical challenges in a customer-facing capacity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

  • Introduce and walk through the technical aspects of the integration early on in the onboarding process to cover all bases
  • Be customer facing throughout the process to jump in and help where/when needed 
  • Help in pre-sales conversations to understand if we’re able to/how integrate with less common store configurations or other eCommerce platforms
  • Learn our platform inside and out
  • CSS and Liquid code configuration (currently done by Jeremy)
  • Help diagnose issues as the come up post launch 
  • Helping with split test setups for internal and external tools

OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…:

  • Understanding of how shopify works from a customer store perspective
  • E-commerce experience
  • Knowledge of code languages specifically Java Script and CSS
  • Comfortable working directly with customers, experience in customer facing roles
  • Has worked with a platform/technology that integrates into other softwares (API/JSON knowledge, etc)
  • HTML web language a plus

The base salary range is $125,000-$135,000/year. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
