  • Assist with prop pulls, returns, and storage throughout the production lifecycle
  • Prep prop kits and style boards ahead of shoots
  • Collaborate with Account Operations to avoid brand conflicts or prop issues (e.g., retailer competitor products)
  • Organize and label prop storage to maximize access, visual quality, and category reusability
  • Handle props with care and follow all safety protocols for specialty or breakable items
  • Maintain clean, efficient prop areas and scalable prop check-in/check-out systems

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in props, styling, set design, or visual merchandising (studio, agency, or brand-side)
  • Experience in theater, film, TV, or live events preferred; internships/coursework welcome
  • Highly organized with strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
  • Skilled in managing, rotating, and tracking physical inventory
  • Able to juggle multiple shoots and shifting priorities in a fast-paced studio
  • Passionate about high-volume creative work and hands-on execution
  • Comfortable lifting and moving materials up to 40 lbs
  • On-site availability required on the weekends in Northwest Arkansas

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Resourceful, creative, and calm under pressure
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator, especially cross-functionally with creative and production teams
