Hand Model & Props Assistant

Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas this summer and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.
The Hand Model & Props Assistant supports the props team by prepping, styling, and handling products during photography and videography sessions. This role also serves as on-camera “hand talent” for close-up product shots, ensuring consistent and high-quality presentation. The ideal candidate has well-maintained hands, no visible tattoos, an eye for visual details, and the ability to take direction from the Props and Production Teams.
What you will do:
- Serve as on-camera hand talent for product and lifestyle photography or videography
- Maintain exceptional hand appearance, including skin tone, nail shape, and overall health, to meet production standards
- Pose hands in still or motion shots for close-up product photography and videos.
- Collaborate with the Creative Associate role and others to ensure proper hand positioning, gestures, and angles for a variety of products.
- Assist with prop handling, positioning, and continuity for consistent visual storytelling
- Hold natural, expressive poses for extended periods
- Prepare, pack out, and style products (e.g., backpacks, electronics, accessories) under direction from the Props Lead and Creative Associates.
- Collaborate and assist with prop handling, organization, and setup to ensure consistency across shoots
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Well-groomed hands and nails; consistent ability to maintain appearance
- Keen eye for visual details and composition
- Comfort taking direction and adapting quickly during shoots
- Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
- Previous experience in props, product styling, or commercial photography is a plus
- Must be on-site in Northwest Arkansas
Physical Requirements:
- No visible tattoos on hands, palms, wrists, and forearms
- Ability to hold steady, precise poses for extended periods of time
- Fine motor control for delicate positioning and handling of products
- Willingness to avoid activities or habits that could damage the appearance of the hands (e.g., certain sports, heavy manual labor)
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise
Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily within a factory setting
- The noise level can range from moderate to loud
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)

This position pays an hourly rate of $24.00. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state law.
