Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently opened a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas this summer and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025.

Prop Fabrication - Lead is responsible for visualizing, designing, and fabricating creative props, pieces, and functional builds that assist the ability of the capture factory to properly capture products . This role requires an inventive, hands-on builder who can think beyond traditional materials and methods. The ideal candidate combines strong spatial reasoning and craftsmanship with a problem-solving mindset; someone who thrives on tinkering, experimenting, and building innovative physical solutions.

What you will do:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and fabricate prop pieces for products of varying sizes using a wide range of materials (wood, foam, plastics, metal, etc.).
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and creative leads to translate ideas into tangible builds.
  • Prototype and iterate on builds to achieve both functional and aesthetic goals.
  • Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and engineer practical solutions in real time.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
  • Think spatially and creatively to solve unconventional challenges.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Must have experience in fabrication, carpentry, model making, or similar craft/trade work.
  • Strong spatial and mechanical reasoning skills — able to visualize 3D concepts from 2D plans or verbal descriptions.
  • Skilled with power tools, fabrication techniques, and material handling.
  • A creative and experimental mindset — enjoys tinkering, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
  • Excellent attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.
  • Dependable, punctual, and collaborative work ethic.
  • Adaptability and ability to work independently or as part of a small creative team.
  • Experience in production, scenic design, or prototyping environments is a plus.
  • Must be on-site in Northwest Arkansas.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment (typically up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working with power tools, adhesives, paints, and other fabrication materials.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
  • Visual acuity to measure, cut, and inspect materials and details accurately.
  • Ability to work in a workshop or warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust.

Work Environment:

  • This position operates primarily within a factory setting
  • The noise level can range from moderate to loud
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)
