About the Role:

We’re looking for a Content Standards Associate to help maintain the quality and consistency of our studio’s creative output. This role is a blend of creative decision making and operational structure ensuring every product type is shot according to our guides and standards while keeping documentation clear and up to date.

This is a weekend based position, reporting directly to the Content Standards Team Lead.

What you will do:

  • Own the accuracy of on stage production
  • Updating, checking, and documenting all guide changes in Airtable
  • Act as the go to escalation point for Creative Associates on the floor, making creative calls when appropriate and surfacing larger concerns to leadership
  • Track and reopened shots
  • Ensure coordination with Props, Stage, and other teams when adjustments are needed
  • Identify and flag global creative or production issues that may impact multiple teams, raising them to leadership for communication
  • Partner with teams to ensure processes not only run smoothly but also support creative excellence

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years in creative operations, studio production, or process focused roles
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Excel, or other documentation/project management tools
  • Strong written communication skills able to draft clear guides, notes, and feedback
  • A hybrid mindset, detail oriented and process driven, but also comfortable with creative decision making
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills  a natural collaborator and communicator
  • Availability to work weekend shifts on a consistent basis

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.

Work Environment:

  • This position operates primarily within a factory setting.
  • The noise level can range from moderate to loud.
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks).

This position pays a 15% weekend night shift premium, with an hourly rate of $34.50. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
