Weekends: Thursday through Sunday | $37.83 per hour

Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas in summer 2025 and is rapidly scaling to support high-volume, high-quality product media capture at unprecedented speed and scale.
About the role
The Creative Crew Lead is a hands-on shift supervisor who bridges the gap between frontline production and management. Reporting to the Creative Crew Manager, you'll be the main operational support to the Creative Crew Manager and support a team of Creative Associates while remaining actively involved in daily capture operations. This role is responsible for helping the team stay on pace, maintain quality, and quickly address issues that could impact output. Success in this position requires someone who leads by example, gives clear direction in the moment, and knows how to keep people motivated and production moving in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Support a team of Creative Associates during your shift, providing clear direction, real time coaching, and hands-on support to maintain productivity, quality, and consistency.
- Manage product flow across capture stages, ensuring materials are properly staged, distributed, and moving efficiently through the production cycle.
- Actively troubleshoot and unblock production issues, whether that's reallocating products, addressing equipment concerns, or stepping in to capture when bottlenecks arise.
- Perform hands-on product capture, styling, and quality checks as needed to support shift momentum and model strong execution for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against daily capture targets, quality expectations, and workflow standards, and step in quickly when pace, accuracy, or output begins to fall behind.
- Communicate shift priorities, production updates, and challenges to the Creative Crew Manager and collaborate on solutions.
- Train new Creative Associates on capture techniques, equipment operation, and quality standards.
- Identify patterns impacting throughput, quality, or team effectiveness and escalate them with clear observations and recommendations.
- Help maintain a positive, high-accountability team environment centered on collaboration, consistency, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Set the tone for the shift by keeping the team engaged, motivated, and focused through consistent in-the-moment feedback, recognition, and accountability.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of experience in production environments, with at least 1 year in a lead, supervisor, or team lead capacity.
- Proven ability to capture high-quality product media while meeting volume and styling standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams moving in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable coaching and developing teammates with clarity, patience, and accountability.
- Hands-on problem-solver who thrives on removing obstacles and keeping production flowing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with photography, styling, or studio production is a plus.
- Comfortable working with robotics, technical equipment, and evolving workflows.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
Shift Requirements:
- Thursday through Sunday, 10 hour shifts, with flexibility to work other days as needed based on business needs and leadership coverage.
Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily within a factory setting
- The noise level can range from moderate to loud
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)

This position pays an hourly rate of $37.83. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
