Community Engagement Manager (Sales/Business Development)
Position Description
As the Community Engagement Manager, you will utilize your sales and business development expertise to effectively promote our outpatient addiction treatment services among healthcare providers and within the community. Your role will involve enhancing visibility and understanding of our programs while developing strategies to build referral networks and drive patient engagement.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to engage healthcare providers and community organizations in promoting our addiction treatment services.
- Create educational resources and conduct informative sessions to raise awareness of our programs among potential referring providers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and community sectors to enhance collaboration and referral opportunities.
- Identify and leverage community resources to facilitate connections with individuals in need of treatment.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure outreach materials align with organizational goals and messaging.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on outreach efforts, including membership growth directly resulting from these initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, health communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are desirable.
- Proven experience in physician and community outreach, consultation, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze outreach effectiveness and report on strategic initiatives.
- Sales or business development experience working with physicians is a plus.
- Passion for enhancing the lives of individuals affected by addiction and a commitment to community service.
- Must be located within Texas with expectation for local travel within the state
Compensation & Benefits:
The target annual compensation range for this position is $70,000-85,000 base + commission. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
