The role
At Electric Kiwi, our Performance Analyst is the powerhouse behind big decisions. They help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we can make things better. From campaign data to customer trends, you’ll make sense of the noise and help us spot the gold. We believe great data isn’t just numbers,  it’s what powers bold ideas, better experiences, and bigger impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining clean, reliable data pipelines
• Creating dashboards and tools that are intuitive, useful and (dare we say it) kinda beautiful
• Supporting campaign workflows and integrating data into tools our teams rely on
• Translating questions into insight, and insight into action
• Working with others to boost self-service across TEC, so more people feel confident using data

What you’re made of:

• SQL and Python are second nature
• You’ve worked with big messy datasets and know how to make them sing
• You’re a clear communicator, especially when the room is full of non-data people
• You ask good questions and don’t mind saying “wait, what are we really trying to solve here?”
• You’re curious, calm under pressure, and always looking for a better way to do things

Bonus points if you've worked with AWS tools (Glue, Athena, etc.), dabbled in BI platforms, or come from a telco or energy background. But more important is your mindset, not just your CV!
