We're looking for a GM - Product Delivery on a fixed-term contract until July 2027.
What you'll do:
- Build a product roadmap and work with the wider business to deliver against the OKRs set
- Oversee the development of new propositions and enhancements, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business needs
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and post-launch optimisation using insights from analytics, user feedback, and market research across all aspects of the customer lifecycle.
- Own key partner relationships including supply partners ensuring commercial outcomes are optimised
- Own web and join conversion and strategy, working with the Customer Marketing team to ensure that we maximise product led growth metrics
- Define, monitor, and report on key product and business performance metrics, including Sales, engagement, customer satisfaction, retention, commercial impact, and ROI
- Provide strategic oversight for the energy transition roadmap
- Manage a team of 3 product and UX specialists
- Oversee cross-functional swarms
- Guide TEC prioritisation and the setting/achievement of OKRs through oversight of Game Plan Swarms
- In partnership with the Communications Manager build and deliver best in class customer lifecycle management including crosssell, MOW, welcome journeys, website, blog etc, with a focus on driving sales and churn reductions
- Foster a data-driven culture within the Product team and across TEC, embedding performance measurement into all aspects of product development and decision-making

What you’ll bring
- You’ve got 5+ years marketing and product development experience
- You know how to analyse data and interpret ROI
- You've got an ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- You’ll know how to manage projects and develop processes
- You are curious and entrepreneurial
- You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- You’re a Team player with a willingness to learn and ‘get stuck in’
- You are self-motivated and able to show initiative
- You Care about attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- You have an inquisitive mind and curiosity to understand how and why things work
