About the role
Elemental is seeking a Social Media and CRM Manager Consultant who will consult and support its Communications department. This role will drive digital engagement through social campaigns, community management, and HubSpot CRM data insights. This role combines social media expertise with sophisticated data management to amplify our mission of scaling climate technology projects with deep community impact.
The ideal candidate will unite creative storytelling with analytical rigor, having demonstrated success in growing brand engagement and maintaining robust marketing data systems in HubSpot. We're looking for someone who can build vibrant communities while ensuring the integrity of our audience data and campaign performance tracking.
Key responsibilities include:
Content Strategy & Creation
- Drive platform engagement through data-driven social strategies, maintaining minimum weekly content cadence
- Develop evergreen content strategy and campaign-specific content for portfolio companies
- Create engaging content across organic, paid, and boosted posts
- Partner with Creative team on asset development
Community & Campaign Management
- Manage LinkedIn organic calendar and paid campaigns, including audience targeting and budget optimization
- Lead community engagement: respond to conversations, nurture advocates, manage influencer relationships
- Coordinate social amplification with portfolio companies
Data & Analytics
- Maintain data integrity in HubSpot through deduplication, enrichment, and standardization
- Manage audience data imports and mapping for targeted campaigns
- Analyze cross-platform metrics and optimize performance
- Track emerging social trends and opportunities
Qualifications

- 4+ years experience in social strategy and digital content
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot CRM, social platforms, and algorithms
- Proven success with organic, paid, and influencer campaigns
- Strong storytelling, visual communication skills, and data analysis skills
- Experience managing social media advertising, data management, and audience segmentation
- Proficiency in CSV handling and maintaining data integrity
- Self-directed problem-solver who excels in fast-paced environments
- Quick decision-making ability for real-time engagement and crisis management
- Meticulous with strong project management skills

Compensation and Location:
- Elemental offers an hourly rate of $50 per hour, which is based on market data and the organization’s compensation philosophy.
- This position will be remote and candidates can be based anywhere in the United States.
- Continuation of employment is dependent upon program/operational needs, satisfactory work performance, availability of funds, and compliance with applicable Federal/State laws.
Expected hours and project timeline:
- Approximately 15-25 hours per week; work hours should fall Monday through Friday, 9am and 5pm PT; weekend work might be required occasionally
- Tentative project dates: February 3, 2025 to June 27, 2025
