About the role

Elemental Impact is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships to help grow and strengthen our ecosystem of corporate, investor, and strategic partners, with an initial focus on Elemental’s emerging data center innovation program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic relationship-builder who is energized by advancing climate innovation through partnerships and ecosystem building. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in convening stakeholders across the energy, technology, and investment landscape to support the deployment of innovative climate technologies and advance market transformation.

The ideal candidate brings experience building strategic partnerships and managing cross-sector collaborations, ideally within the climate technology ecosystem. This individual is equally comfortable engaging corporate executives, technical experts, investors, and mission-driven partners, and thrives in dynamic environments where relationship-building, systems thinking, and execution are equally important.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Partnerships & Policy and will work closely across Elemental’s Partnerships & Policy, Growth, Communications, Finance, and Portfolio & Investment teams. The successful candidate will bring curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset—embracing new ideas, learning from diverse perspectives, and translating insights into action that drives measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Program Management & Execution

  • Lead day-to-day management of Elemental’s corporate partner program, with an initial focus on the data center innovation program, ensuring strong alignment across goals, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain systems to track partnerships, project milestones, and program outcomes, ensuring accountability and effective execution across the team.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, researchers, and solution providers to advance programmatic objectives.
  • Synthesize insights from pilots, partner engagements, and technical collaborations to inform investment strategy, ecosystem development, and external-facing materials.
  • Design and execute high-impact convenings and partner engagements, including technical working groups, industry roundtables, regional gatherings, conference programming, and ecosystem events that strengthen collaboration and accelerate broader market adoption.

Partner Engagement Strategy

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, investors, industry leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders that advance Elemental’s mission and support portfolio company growth.
  • Support Elemental’s investor relations strategy by coordinating engagement opportunities and strengthening investor communications.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate partners by identifying relevant climate technology solutions, commercial opportunities, and emerging market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship management systems (e.g., CRM platforms) and support data coordination across internal teams and strategic partner organizations.
  • Help expand Elemental’s presence and influence within the sustainable infrastructure, energy transition, and climate innovation ecosystem.

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Ensure insights from corporate and industry partners inform Elemental’s broader strategy, communications, and portfolio support efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to develop compelling presentations, thought leadership materials, newsletters, business development collateral, and web content for a corporate and investor audience.
  • Contribute to broader Partnerships & Policy initiatives and organizational priorities as needed.

Qualifications

Foundational skills & experience:

  • Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting or corporate partnerships.
  • Familiarity with energy systems, utilities, data centers, infrastructure, industrial decarbonization, or climate technology markets.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex technical and market information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing and managing CRM systems, partnership tracking tools, or stakeholder databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

What will set you apart:

  • Direct experience related to AI Infrastructure (operators, developers, hyperscalers, or supply chain).
  • Experience managing technical partnerships or coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience or interest in the intersection of public policy and climate technology.

Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
