✨ Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Account Executive on our Wholesale Sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving eLEND’s growth by building strong, lasting broker relationships. You’ll leverage your sales acumen, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills to help brokers find the right loan solutions for their clients’ needs. This role directly impacts eLEND’s success by expanding market reach, increasing production volume, and ensuring a superior client experience. šŸ› ļø Key Responsibilities

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain broker relationships to drive wholesale loan production.

  • Monitor loan pipeline performance daily, tracking monthly volume, client attrition, and loan quality.

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through calls, emails, and approved channels to deliver top-tier service.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand eLEND’s broker network.

  • Act as a liaison between wholesale clients and internal operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

  • Stay up to date with regulatory and industry standards by attending educational seminars.

  • Distribute marketing materials to prospective and existing clients to promote eLEND products.

  • Conduct interviews with potential clients and train approved clients on proper loan submission processes.

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and collaborate with peers to share best practices.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.

  • Mentor new Account Executives when requested, providing coaching and feedback on client engagement.

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in mortgage sales or wholesale lending, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong understanding of loan products, market trends, and broker relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and long-term relationship growth.

Your days will include:

  • Checking your pipeline to monitor loan performance and follow up with brokers.

  • Reaching out to new and existing clients to build rapport and identify loan opportunities.

  • Collaborating with operations and underwriting to ensure smooth loan delivery.

  • Attending virtual team meetings and sharing market insights with leadership.

  • Tracking progress toward monthly volume goals and refining your outreach strategies.
