⨠Why This Role Matters
The Account Manager ensures seamless partner coverage and consistent communication when Account Managers are out of office. Youāll play a key role in maintaining pipeline integrity, compliance, and operational flowāhelping ensure loans move forward without disruption. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will directly impact borrower satisfaction and team success.
š ļø Key Responsibilities

Provide full pipeline and communication coverage during temporary Account Manager absences.

Conduct thorough pre-closing reviews, including FHA checks, VOEs, flood certifications, and FEMA disaster reports.

Input and verify homeownerās insurance, flood insurance, and appraisal data in the Loan Origination System (LOS).

Review and ensure APR accuracy on loan modifications, generating new Closing Disclosures when required.

Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners regarding loan status and updates.

Review, verify, and update approval conditions with accuracy and timeliness.

Review broker-submitted conditions and forward complete packages to underwriting for final approval.

Input HOI, tax, title, and broker fees accurately into the LOS.

Confirm receipt of tax transcripts where applicable.

Distribute updated conditional approvals to brokers and borrowers.

Verify that all disclosures and conditions meet Federal, State, Local, and agency guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Conventional).

Respond promptly to calls and emails regarding conditional approvals and file statuses.

Perform other tasks as assigned to support team efficiency and departmental goals.
šÆ What You Bring
Required
-
High School Diploma or equivalent experience in residential mortgage lending.

Strong understanding of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional guidelines.

Familiarity with property types including SFR, Condo, PUDs, 2ā4 units, and Manufactured Homes.

Deep understanding of compliance standards and APR/disclosure accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
-
Associate degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

3+ years of mortgage or financial industry experience.

Familiarity with Encompass or similar LOS systems.

Monitor and manage assigned loan pipelines.

Review conditions and coordinate with underwriters and brokers.

Conduct compliance checks and ensure timely document delivery.

Communicate with internal departments and external partners to resolve outstanding items.

Support teammates by covering pipelines to ensure uninterrupted service.
