🏡 About Us
At eLEND, we’re modernizing mortgage using a cloud-first tech approach to create faster, simpler, and more secure home financing experiences. But we also believe our true competitive advantage isn’t just technology or rate sheets, it’s our people and how they grow.

We’re building a culture where learning is not a checkbox, but how we operate. Every role contributes to strengthening that foundation, and this position will help architect how learning, performance, and development come to life across the organization.

Why This Role Matters
As a Learning & Performance Specialist, you will shape how knowledge flows, how performance is developed, and how people grow at eLEND. This is not a traditional training role. You will design systems, frameworks, and experiences that scale learning across the business and turn everyday work into meaningful development.

Your work directly impacts employee performance, client experience, and long-term organizational success. You will help create an environment where learning is embedded, leadership is strengthened, and people are set up to succeed from day one.

Contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and effectiveness

🎯 What You Bring

Required
2+ years of experience in training, performance management, or a related field with exposure to strategy, facilitation, and program development
Proven ability to build programs that drive measurable outcomes, not just content delivery
Strong systems thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable frameworks rather than one-off sessions
Experience using modern tools such as AI content platforms, Loom, Scribe, Canva, TikTok short form videos, or similar
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels without direct authority
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred
Experience using gamification, storytelling, or non-traditional learning methods to drive engagement and retention

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
