As we continue to modernize and scale our technology ecosystem, we are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Alpha Team and help drive strategic product and technology initiatives across the enterprise.

The Senior Technical Product Manager serves as the critical connection point between business stakeholders, product leadership, engineering, architecture, data, operations, and executive leadership.

This role is instrumental in translating strategic business objectives into scalable technology solutions while ensuring delivery excellence, architectural integrity, and operational alignment. You will lead requirements gathering, technical documentation, delivery coordination, and innovation initiatives while helping shape the future of AI-enabled products, automation, and digital transformation across the organization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Strategy

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business objectives into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Own and maintain product backlogs aligned with strategic priorities.
• Support product discovery, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and solution design.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical implementation strategies.
• Drive accountability, transparency, and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with leadership to support enterprise-wide product and innovation initiatives.

Technical Documentation & Architecture

• Establish documentation standards, governance processes, and best practices across product and technology teams.
• Create and maintain:

  • Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  • Functional Specifications
  • Technical Design Documents
  • Process Flows and Business Workflows
  • API Documentation
  • Integration Specifications
  • Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
  • Operational Runbooks
  • Release Notes
  • User Acceptance Testing Documentation
    • Develop and maintain architecture, workflow, sequence, integration, and data flow diagrams.
    • Create and manage:
  • System Architecture Diagrams
  • Application Interaction Diagrams
  • Data Flow Diagrams
  • Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
  • User Journey Maps
  • Business Process Models
    • Ensure documentation remains synchronized with evolving systems, integrations, AI solutions, and platform architectures.
    • Champion Documentation-as-Code methodologies using Markdown, Mermaid, Git-based repositories, and modern knowledge management tools.

Delivery & Execution Management

• Coordinate delivery efforts across Engineering, Data, QA, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery tracking.
• Manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and blockers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Drive execution discipline, accountability, and delivery transparency.
• Support Agile methodologies while maintaining predictable outcomes and business value realization.
• Ensure successful implementation of complex technology initiatives from concept through production.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology organizations.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks, key decisions, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Build alignment across multiple teams and organizational functions.
• Support strategic initiatives led by Product Strategy & Innovation leadership.
• Influence decision-making through strong communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking.

Innovation, AI & Digital Transformation

• Support initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Transformation.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams on AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop business cases, requirements, and documentation supporting innovation initiatives.
• Participate in proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and emerging technology evaluations.
• Support eLEND’s FinTech Innovation Program and Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Help shape the organization's AI strategy and modernization roadmap.

🎯 What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, Solutions Delivery, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience partnering with software engineering, architecture, and technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Exceptional technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience creating requirements, process flows, technical specifications, architecture documentation, and system diagrams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within FinTech, Mortgage Lending, Banking, Financial Services, SaaS, or Technology organizations.
• Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Encompass, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Experience using Mermaid, PlantUML, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, C4 Modeling, or similar architecture tools.
• Experience implementing Documentation-as-Code practices using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or related platforms.
• Familiarity with Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and enterprise documentation frameworks.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools to create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation.

• Meeting with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify priorities.
• Writing product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Facilitating architecture reviews and solution design sessions.
• Managing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness activities.
• Creating or updating system diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Partnering with engineering teams to remove blockers and support delivery execution.
• Evaluating AI opportunities and documenting business use cases.
• Presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Architecture teams to ensure successful outcomes.

This role operates within a highly collaborative environment that spans Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
