⭐ How You'll Elevate the Experience

This role lives at the intersection of Own It and Be Curious.

Own It defines this position. Licensing deadlines are established by regulators, and missing a critical filing or renewal can prevent an MLO from originating loans or interrupt eLEND's ability to conduct business in a state. You will take accountability for maintaining accurate licensing records, anticipating deadlines, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring requirements are completed before they become operational risks. Ownership means not simply identifying an issue, but seeing it through to resolution.

Be Curious is equally essential. Mortgage licensing requirements vary by state, and regulatory expectations continue to evolve. You will actively research changes, ask thoughtful questions, challenge outdated processes, and seek opportunities to strengthen our licensing practices. Rather than waiting for regulatory changes to create problems, you will stay informed and help the organization prepare proactively.

Ultimately, you will help create a licensing function that is accurate, proactive, accountable, knowledgeable, and committed to protecting eLEND's ability to serve our clients while elevating the experience of our Mortgage Loan Originators and internal partners.
