Quality Engineer (Quality Management Systems)

Are you ready to join our mission to enable widespread electrification of off-highway equipment and vehicles? 

What you will do:

• Maintain and improve the ELEO QMS (quality management systems) in collaboration with the stakeholders.
• Define and review new and improve existing documents and systems.
• Help stakeholders to define and improve processes
• Be the point of contact for questions related to compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001)
• Initiate and support actions with stakeholders to improve KPI results
• Coordinate the audit schedule, prepare audit plans
• Conducting Internal and customer audits in the role of lead auditor
• Organize and host external audits (ISO 9001, customer)
• Train colleagues and stakeholders in Quality and ISO 9001 requirements

 Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for internal and external Q-audits: internal, customer, (re)certification, and more.
• Ensure proper audit reporting and follow-up on non-conformities
• Work closely with other teams, in all function levels (top management to shop floor)
• Write Q-reports for management reviews
• Helping to build a quality focused organization
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure quality focus in all areas

Requirements and Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's degree or masters degree in a relevant field (Engineering & Quality)
• Analytical approach to projects and tasks
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Able to influence without authority
• Fluent in English

• (Lead) Auditor certification ISO 9001:2015
