Location
Hybrid: Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.
Summary/Objective
The Director of Product manages the growth and success of ECU’s deposit and lending product portfolio. This individual will be a strategic leader supporting the ability to drive innovation and growth in new products and capabilities. They will build a vision and strategic direction for ECU’s competitive product portfolio. Orchestrates and oversees synthetization of best practices, tracks returns, market landscape, consumer insights, pricing analytics to develop robust plans based on consumer needs. Effectively translates insights into valuable product and business recommendations and prioritized recommendations.
Essential Functions Include
- Manages the consumer lending and deposit product lines and works with these departments to innovate existing product suites, deploy new products and adopt fintech solutions to drive deeper member penetration and new member growth. Records and manages incoming product requests and validates market research to support competitive product development and deployment.
- Oversees market landscape, consumer insights, pricing analytics to develop robust plans based on consumer needs.
- This individual will partner closely with other departments, including Consumer and Business Lending, Business Intelligence, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations to align, execute and oversee results delivery.
- In this role you will lead a team of individual contributors that are responsible for overseeing and managing the launch and maturation of new products into target strategic markets.
- You will be a cross functional expert, provide leadership, product expertise and support for initiatives related to product development, compliance, operational and process improvements, vendor management, product documentation, fulfillment, and/or system releases.

Required Skills, Education and Experience
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles and a proven record of successfully launching and managing products. Experience with financial services a plus.
- Deep knowledge of segmentation/product strategies, insights, analytics, business planning.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and the unique challenges of managing products, including stakeholder management and managing backlogs.
- Skilled in building and leading high-performing product teams, supported by measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of business dynamics, aligning product initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills at the leadership level.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights effectively.
- Experience collaborating across diverse internal and external functional teams.
- Ability to navigate and lead in a matrixed organization
- Excellent leadership and relationship building skills
- Ability to foster effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
- Ability to motivate, influence others and make decisions.
Preferred Skills, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Financial Services experience preferred
Work Environment

Compensation information:
The person hired into this position will likely earn between $122,519.47 and $163,359.30 plus annual bonus
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Anticipated Application Window:
