Summary/Objective
The Commercial Loan Origination System Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of assigned Commercial applications used by Elevations Credit Union (ECU). They ensure systems are running smoothly, troubleshoot any issues, and implement updates and enhancements as needed. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure systems meet the organization's requirements and complies with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, they provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure efficient and effective use of the loan origination system by staff members.
Essential Functions.
- Serve as the primary interface between ECU and the commercial lending applications, maintaining reporting and development standards, and managing internal system requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitoring system performance, reviewing releases and patches, conducting QA, maintaining user and security settings, collaborating with stakeholders for improvements, and leading the creation of new system functions and workflows.
- Design, document, configure, test, and deploy approved change requests and enhancements, including making system change recommendations, reviewing business requirements, proposing and implementing solutions, performing system impact analysis, and developing training documents.
- Support system-dependent teams by providing daily assistance to end users with system-related questions and concerns, delivering prompt support, assisting with training and documentation, and engaging with other departments on dependencies.
- Manage commercial, business, and consumer loan origination supporting systems and tools, including point of sale systems, third-party administrative partners, core system integrations, credit card processing, and statement and communication partners.
- Manage third-party vendors integrated with loan origination systems, including those for credit and flood services, verification, investors, pricing, and document vendors.

Required Skills, Education and Experience
- 2+ years Lending Systems Administration experience
- In-depth understanding of the Lending industry and loan origination life cycle
- Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritize
- Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability with business process and procedures
- Strong organization and analytical skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment
- A team player with versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Preferred Skills, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience administering enterprise applications and associated ancillary systems
- Knowledge of Jack Henry suite of core systems and integrations with loan origination systems
- Knowledge of Abrigo loan origination system
Work Environment
Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Full-time/40 hours per week
Compensation:
The person hired into this position will likely earn between $87,087 and $108,859 annual salary, plus annual bonus.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Anticipated Application Window:
