Location
- Hybrid: Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.
Summary/Objective
This position requires a highly adaptable, multi-disciplinary approach, taking responsibility for a variety of facility and workplace support functions that contribute to the efficient operation of all locations. The role responds to facility-related requests, mobilizes appropriate resources, and collaborates with internal partners and external vendors to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive workplace experience. This role participates in after-hours on-call rotation, which may require after-hours and/or weekend work.
Essential Functions
- Proactively performs regular maintenance and repairs at Elevations Credit Union's administrative office, leased and owned branches and properties.
- Responds to and resolves work tickets in a timely manner.
- Proactively performs regular property inspections for maintenance, safety, and security issues.
- Assists with vendor scheduling, escorting, and provides oversight to completion of work orders and service.
- Provides comprehensive facilities and operational support to maintain the functionality, organization, and safety of company facilities, equipment, and vehicles. Coordinates maintenance activities, inventory and storage management, workspace reconfigurations and supports projects.

Required Skills, Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in an office or retail setting, preferably in general maintenance and repairs, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, lighting, automated building systems, and janitorial.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Adaptable. The nature of this role requires balancing planned responsibilities with emerging workplace and facility needs. The ability to quickly adjust priorities and maintain effective service delivery in a changing environment is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Strong customer service orientation. As a primary contact for many internal clients and external partners, this role requires strong relationship-building, a positive approach, and the ability to foster trust and collaboration through professional and responsive interactions.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle problems with sense of urgency and ownership. Challenges may not be foreseeable and require analysis to understand.
Work Environment
Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting frequently, walking frequently, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and up to 50 lbs of force infrequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full time / 40 hours per week
Compensation:
The person hired into this position will likely earn between $22.51 and $28.14 per hour, plus annual bonus.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
