In order to join the ELEVI team you will need  

  • A CURRENT OR ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE WITH POLY IS REQUIRED.  
  • Ten (10)+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5)+ years of additional Systems Administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. 
  • This position is Shift Work:  10PM - 6AM M-F   or   8PM - 6AM M-Th

    •    Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership
    •    This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client
    •    Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur

Some of the day-to-day activities: 

  • Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process ·
  • Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems ·
  • Configure and manage UNIX and Windows and other applicable operating systems, install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of, and configure network components, and implement operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance ·
  • Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,000 - $180,000
