Product Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This role supports the product lifecycle management of existing products and spearheads new product development projects, with a specific focus on joint product development with key partners. The ideal candidate will help to develop a product vision, build stakeholder buy-in, create positioning strategies, prioritize features and manage delivery of new products and capabilities. In addition, this person will research and monitor competitors' products, gather client feedback, and generate new ideas for products and service offerings. They will also stay abreast of industry developments to identify potential new product opportunities and pricing models.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate product designs for technical feasibility
- Build requirements and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans and roadmap timelines
- Project manage large strategic projects from discovery to launch
Research and Analysis:
- Research and monitor competitors' products and gather client feedback
- Follow industry developments to identify potential new product opportunities
- Consolidate industry trends and innovations into product offerings for Boost customers
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work internally and externally to maintain Boost's leadership in digital payments
- Help establish sales channel strategies and manage ecosystem partnerships
Engage Partners:
- Work closely with Boost partners to build new capabilities and product offerings
- Manage engagements and build relationships with external partners
New Product Development:
- Manage end-to-end development projects for new products and capabilities
- Focus on business development, external partnerships, and commercialization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, payments, or financial services
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in B2B payments
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the digital payment industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Compensation and Benefits: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 total compensation – annual salary, bonuses, medical, vision and dental insurance, 401K with match, PTO, FSA, HSA etc.
