Jr Software Developer
In Order to Join the ELEVI Team you will need:
- You must have a current or active security clearance with a poly.
- The ELEVI team is currently seeking a Junior Developer who has a foundational understanding of end-to-end software development, system development life cycles and operational maintenance and support.
- Required Skills/Experience:
• Java and JavaScript
• Python
• Agile software environment
• Familiar with designing and implementing caching services for web applications.
• CI/CD Orchestration (Jenkins, Github, CodePipeline)
• Jira and Confluence. - Desired skills/Experience:
• Knowledge of commercial cloud services, preferably AWS
• PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
• DevOps and CI/CD Automation
• Angular / Vue
• Experience delivering full stack solutions within AWS cloud, utilizing API Gateway, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Experience utilizing corporate authentication services into a secure full stack solution
• Multi-source Data Integration to fetch and package data from different sources.
• Artifact State Management.
Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,400 - $90,300
Some of the day-to-day activities:
- Attend meetings with the team and customer and provide basic technical input, capture meeting minutes, and answer questions with sound technical acumen supported by best practices and engineering rigor.
- Support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems.
- The engineer will be a part of a team who explores new technologies and prototypes new mission tools and analytics.
- The team also develops new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission related problems.
