Eliot is seeking dedicated Clinicians to join our outpatient clinic team. Eliot's Outpatient Clinic provides evidence-based evaluation, counseling, and medication management for children, families and adults with mental health and substance use needs. In this role  you will provide therapy and support to individuals and families. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exceptional team of dedicated and skilled practitioners working with a wide range of clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Days, evenings, weekends available.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, safety/risk assessments, and treatment planning, using various approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and family therapy
  • Build strong relationships with clients and use solution-focused strategies to address specific issues in their treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to individuals and families, including specialized treatments like integrated dual diagnosis and self-management plans
  • Join treatment meetings when needed and participate in monthly staff discussions to stay aligned on clinical goals
  • Complete all necessary documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) on time, ensuring it meets medical necessity standards and using platforms like MIRAH for treatment tracking and safety planning

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years experience providing evidence based therapy
  • Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
  • Preferred licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW)

Schedule: Various hours available days, evenings and weekends

Hourly Rate

$32.52 - $40 USD
