Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services which encompasses multiple service systems including: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Outpatient Counseling.  Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences.

As a Clinical Supervisor (licensed clinician), you will be responsible for guiding service delivery through supervision and administrative oversight utilizing principles of Wraparound model and evidence based practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Use evidence-based practices to engage families and coordinate care with other providers for continuity of services
  • Participate in an inter-agency Systems of Care Service Plan with involved state agencies, outpatient therapists, court personnel, primary care providers, educational advocates, and others involved with the family, when indicated.
  • Guide the delivery of services, formulate treatment, and communicate regularly with the treatment team.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff. 
  • Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure thorough orientation of new team members

Qualifications:

  • Independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW)
  • 5 years of experience working in behavioral health setting with youth and families 
  • Valid Massachusetts Drivers License

Schedule: Monday-Friday(9am-5pm), with some on-call responsibility.  

Annual Salary

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
