Eliot is seeking a Clinical Director to join our Social Services residential network which  provides immediate, short term and longer term placement for children ages 0 to 12 in  need of specialized support and services as they heal from traumatic events that have shaped their young lives.  The ideal candidate will have the skills to establish a positive rapport with a culturally and economically diverse group of families and to deliver services within the established framework and clinical model. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and/or provide therapeutic services to youths and their families.
  • Collaborate with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems including daily routines, behavior management and safety plans.
  • Lead in the development of a strengths-based treatment plan and safety plan.
  • Coordinate routine contact with families and caretakers.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that respond to the needs and diversity of the youth and family. Prepare clinical formulations in order to guide goal development.
  • Assist the Program Director in development of in-home and community treatment strategies.
  • Provide Education, modeling and coaching to program staff related to each child’s treatment plan and interventions.  Monitor effectiveness of interventions, suggesting modifications as needed.  
  • Serve as a member of the administrative team providing on-going program supervision, monitoring and guidance.  

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in the Healing Arts, required
  • Independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW), preferred
  • At least 5 years experience with the population
  • Valid Massachusetts drivers license 

Schedule: Monday-Friday,10am-6pm (Saturday/Sunday Off)

 

Annual Salary

$70,000 - $70,000 USD
