Position: Regional Director ACCS
Description of the position:
Direct activities of staff to ensure that all team services provide comprehensive and timely intake assessment to all individuals and that appropriate communication with the Department of Mental Health ("DMH") is maintained. Assess and evaluate the training needs of staff on an ongoing basis, and develop trainings to address these needs. Provide clinical and technical guidance related to Treatment Plan development and documentation. Act as a primary liaison to the DMH, community organizations, outside medical providers, and others that may be involved in individual's care.
Requirements: Masters Degree in social work, mental health counseling or related field; Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, RN, PA, APRN, MD or licensed psychologist); 2 years experience as a clinical supervisor or in any role supervising or guiding mental health workers.
