Eliot is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Person for our team. Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multiple service systems including: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Outpatient Counseling. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences.
Using a wraparound approach, the ideal candidate will work to support the diverse and complex needs of youth and their families by partnering with team members to deliver intensive, evidence-based individual and family sessions each week. Additionally, you will collaborate with the family to develop a strength-based treatment plan and assist caregivers during crises through intervention and safety planning.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the IHT clinician to deliver weekly in-home or community-based individual, family, and parent coaching sessions
- Support parents and care givers in advocacy efforts, attend school/community meetings, and help gather information for comprehensive assessments
- Contribute to the development of strength-based treatment and safety plans, including behavior support, crisis intervention, and service linkage
- Assist families in accessing a wide range of traditional and non-traditional community resources and support services
- Provide crisis outreach, coordinate care, and facilitate quarterly wraparound team meetings to ensure consistent, integrated support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- Experience working with youth in a community setting
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
Schedule: Hybrid/flexible schedule Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with ability to meet with families outside of school hours.
Annual Salary
$47,000 - $47,000 USD
