Eliot is seeking supportive and dedicated Stabilization Specialists to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program. Eliot's Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) is a twenty four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress. This program is designed as an alternative to hospitalization providing short term overnight crisis care. As a Stabilization Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting adults with mental illness in their individual recovery journeys. The ideal candidate should be strongly committed to recovery-oriented services, and have the skills necessary to build supportive relationships with clients and their families. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication, crisis management, and problem solving skills. |
