Eliot's Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) program is an innovative Care Management approach for MassHealth members with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs who are part of the new Accountable Care Organization (ACO) redesign within Massachusetts.

Eliot is seeking an Administrative Assistant with two years of experience in office management or administrative services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of the Team including establishing work priorities; assist in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the BH CP Team.
  • Provide front-desk services including greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail/email, and meeting room coordination.
  • Provide accurate and timely flow of data to all Team staff and other relevant parties.
  • Complete all work accurately and in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, calendars and other systems in order to assist with quality measures for the program.
  • Assist in the process of daily communication and assist Team members that may be more working remotely or in the field in obtaining timely communication.
  • Create systems to track the sending and receiving of Care Plans to ACO and MCO, updating the electronic medical records to reflect accurate Member status, and Member chart auditing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience working with adults with mental illness/substance abuse
  • Valid Massachusetts drivers license 

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Hourly Rate

$20.25 - $20.25 USD
