Eliot's Community Service Agency (CSA) serves children and youth (through age 21) and their families who are in need of support in managing and coordinating services. Eliot is excited to align these essential CSA services with the catchment area of our established Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) to offer a seamless and effective community-based continuum of care.
The ideal candidate for the Clinical Supervisor is a skilled Clinician who brings strong leadership, clinical insight, and a deep commitment to supporting youth and families through high-quality, community-based care. They are dedicated to fostering team development, ensuring service excellence, and promoting collaboration across staff, providers, and community partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly supervision and clinical and administrative oversight to assigned staff across multiple roles and service delivery models.
- Provide on-site training and orientation of new staff, and support the continuous development and learning of existing staff.
- Serve as member of the CSA Leadership team which supports intake, ongoing coordination and graduation planning for families, as well as development of continuous quality improvement activities and training for staff.
- Review and approve required documentation, progress notes, assessments, care and treatment plans, and comprehensive safety plans for assigned staff, focusing on effectiveness of interventions and quality service.
- Oversee and monitor the care provided to families served by the Eliot CSA.
Qualifications:
- Independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) with supervisory experience.
- 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral services to youth and families, preferably in a home-base or wraparound program.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work and for providing services in the community.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm
Annual Salary
$80,000 - $95,000 USD
