Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an organization committed to making a lasting impact on individuals and communities across Massachusetts. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality services. 

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, dependable in follow-through, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified applicants through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
  • Manage applicant screening processes, ensuring timely communication and excellent candidate experience.
  • Excellent and timely communication with Hiring Managers. 
  • Manage Candidates, ATS, and job postings. 
  • Support hiring for new program launches and hard-to-fill roles, including participating in candidate interviews when needed.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 5 years related experience in recruitment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work and recruiting events.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm. Hybrid 2-3 days on-site in Lexington. 

Annual Salary

$60,000 - $70,000 USD
