Eliot is seeking Family Partners to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.  Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.

This individual will ideally have lived experience as a caretaker for an adult or youth experiencing severe mental health and/or substance use disorders.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home and community-based support to youth, adults, and families assisting parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with the ACCS team and families to offer in-person and telephonic support, referrals, and linkage to services
  • Support parents and caregivers through advocacy, skill-building, and navigation of mental health, educational, and community systems
  • Ensure all services are culturally and linguistically appropriate while promoting strengths-based, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care
  • Assist families with treatment and safety planning, crisis intervention, and connecting to local, state, and federal resources

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lived Experience with adults or youth with mental illness
  • Valid Massachusetts drivers license 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Hourly Rate

$22.77 - $22.77 USD
