Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical guidance, intervention and supervision to clients as part of one of our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role you will assist and facilitate assessment and individual treatment for clients, guide clinical care and provide staff supervision.   Responsibilities: Provide clinical guidance and support in developing treatment interventions Teach and model clinical interventions using strength-based strategies and evidence based practices delivered  in a culturally competent manner Provide field and office based supervision to case management and direct care staff Facilitate recovery-based services that are focused on rehabilitation and individual preferences Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals, including conducting assessments, completing crisis plans, and initiating person-centered care Qualifications: Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, social work, or related field Experience working with adults with mental illness  Vaid Massachusetts drivers license  Possess a current clinical license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, etc.) Flexible Schedules: Full time, Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm Full time, Four 10 hour days Part time, 20 hours per week based on your schedule Part time, 24 hours, 3 days per week Weekend hours Hybrid availability The sign-on bonus and salary are prorated for positions under 40 hours per week.

ACCS provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.  Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.  Responsibilities: Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement Assist the team in providing on-going assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences.  Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field Experience working with adults with mental illness Valid Massachusetts drivers license    Schedules: Saturday-Wednesday, 8am-4pm (40 hrs) Tuesday-Saturday, 3pm-11pm (40 hrs) Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 9am-5pm (32 hrs) Sunday 9pm-9am, Friday 11pm-9am, Saturday 9pm-9am (30 hrs)

  $10,000 Sign-on Bonus Eliot is seeking an experienced, licensed RN or LPN, Nurse with experience assisting individuals with mental health and wellness needs to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.  Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge and experience with mental health, nutrition and medical care. Strong interpersonal skills that allow for sustained client engagement and health participation are crucial for the development of a trusting relationship.   Responsibilities: Work closely multidisciplinary team to provide education related to medical health, medications, and other related topics Develop and conduct training for staff and clients related to health and wellness topics, including but not limited to nutrition and physical activity Assist with identifying and accessing community resources that support client needs and wellness efforts Guide and support clients in understanding their medical conditions Meet with clients and staff to discuss medical diagnoses, including causes, symptoms, complications, treatment options and prevention Provide direct medical care for clients including monitoring vitals, and wound care as needed Review all medical documentation for assigned clients Assist both clients and staff in assessing symptoms and determining appropriate responses/actions Qualifications: Requires an associates degree in nursing LPN or RN nursing license Valid Massachusetts drivers license  Must possess a current RN license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
