Director of Marketing (Hybrid)

SALARY RANGE: 130,000.00- 150,000.00

BONUS ELIGIBLE: Yes

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Direct and implement the organizations advertising and promotional activities.
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products.
  • Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
  • Maintain knowledge on emerging products and services.
  • Maintain current on dental market trends and provide analyses and competitive benchmarking
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Create unique marketing plans for each office based on the office’s budgeted revenue, staffing and demographics.
  • Payor contracting: Make patients aware of our preferred payor relationships and notifies regional insurance brokers when we add or terminate a payor. 
  • Champion Dental Discount card for the dental discount to reach its full potential through employee campaigns, patient emails, etc. 
  • Retail: Initiate marketing efforts will be required to patients as new products and vendor relationships are introduced.  
  • Provide leadership working collaboratively with dentists, office, and the leadership team to develop successful strategies that attract new patients, maintain loyalty, and create brand leadership across our communities
  • Lead and cultivate the Marketing Strategy/Brand with energy, passion, and preparedness as we plan for growth
  • Cultivate relationships with dental professionals, develop deep market insights to create effective marketing programs
  • Develop and manage marketing plans, social media and digital marketing initiatives, messaging and branding to create market awareness and generate leads for new patient growth
  • Manage and oversee the development, review, production and distribution of marketing assets and communications
  • Manage marketing budget and track/analyze ROI for all marketing programs/campaigns
  • Analyze and track key performance marketing metrics weekly, adjusting as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Constantly seeks new and innovative ways to improve marketing initiatives at EDP.
  • Partners with the Elite Dental Partners leadership team on projects as required or assigned. 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least seven years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
