We are looking for professional staff that can join a collaborative and motivated team that provides non-clinical support functions to an affiliated network of dentists. These professionals have critical roles in assisting with non-clinical services across a broad network of affiliated dental practices.

JOB SUMMARY

The main responsibilities of the Payment Reconciliation Coordinator will be to pull, sort and upload Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Matching Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments from deposits from the financial institution.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtaining the EFT Credit report from bank deposit daily
• Matching EFT deposit numbers to deposits by states
• Obtaining the EOB and ERA's from coordinating insurance companies or clearing houses
• Sending EOB's and ERA's to Insurance A/R Specialists
• Calling insurance companies to obtain EOB's or ERA's that are unattainable online
• Processing Insurance Virtual Credit Cards
• Partnering with field offices and internal Revenue Cycle Departments for payment lookup
• Other duties as assigned or applicable

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft excel, outlook and one drive
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
