JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Recruiting, this position is responsible for fulfilling dentist recruitment needs for assigned practices. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily. SALARY RANGE: $100,000-$110,000

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Works with Clinical and Operations teams to determine clinical talent needs and develops a recruiting plan/strategy and executes accordingly

· Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open clinical positions

· Makes initial candidate contact and builds relationships and networks with prospective candidates in an effort to increase interest level in current and/or future Elite Dental Partners’ job opportunities

· Uses LinkedIn, news and blog sources, and other social networking sites to identify and engage potential candidates (both passive and active candidates)

· In partnership with marketing and recruiting leadership, focus on recruitment marketing to expand reach and increase candidate activity

· Managing recruitment lifecycle for all assigned positions, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Initial intake of position

2. Posting clinical job opportunities

3. Finding qualified passive candidates

4. Screening all applicants

5. Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration

6. Manages the selection and interview process

7. Prepares and presents offers to select candidates, manages all subsequent negotiations, obtains necessary approvals, and communicates final offers to candidates.

8. Dispositions all candidates in ATS and closes requisition accordingly

9. Assists in the hiring and onboarding process in partnership with Human Resources as needed

· Partners with Clinical and Operation leadership teams to review trends and predict clinical trends and therefore begin building a pipeline of talent accordingly

· Partners with the recruiting team in school recruiting efforts

· Lives Elite Dental Partners’ purpose and values and serves as a brand ambassador on social media outlets, in school recruiting efforts, and with other opportunities for positive exposure for the company

· Ensures all recruiting efforts are compliant with local, state, and federal laws

· Ensures hiring managers have the tools and equipment to lead an effective and professional interview

 

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assists, as needed, with the management of company social media accounts

· Constantly seeks new and innovative ways to improve sourcing process

· Partners with the recruiting leadership team on projects as required

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree with a business or human resources emphasis and 1 year of dentist recruiting experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

· Experience working in the Healthcare/Dental industry; dental preferred

· Experience partnering with dental schools

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience with external source development, lifecycle recruitment management, use of social media applications, and excellent screening capabilities

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to communicate and influence dentists and hiring mangers

· Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Strong computer skills; proficient with applicant tracking systems (ADP WFN is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Up to 25% travel may be required

· Working in an office environment

Salaried Rate
