Job Description:

Elite is seeking a dynamic and sales-savvy Senior Solutions Architect to support the 3E sales process. In this client-facing role, you will advise the world’s most prestigious law firms on the strategic value of 3E/3E Cloud and its supporting modules. As a key member of the North American sales team, you will combine deep product knowledge with strong business development instincts to drive revenue and client success.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients envision how 3E can transform their financial operations. Your background may include law firm finance, finance systems, or consulting on PMS implementations—but your ability to influence buying decisions, deliver compelling demos, and articulate value will set you apart.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with sales executives to develop and deliver compelling solution presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and document complex customer business requirements to align with 3E solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation on front-office and finance-based processes, offering strategic improvements based on industry best practices and the latest 3E functionality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across IT, Operations, and Legal departments within major global law firms.
  • Engage directly with C-suite decision-makers—including CEOs, CFOs, CAOs, and CIOs—to align 3E solutions with strategic business goals.
  • Lead and contribute to client webinars, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions that highlight 3E’s value proposition.
  • Support the sales cycle end-to-end, including discovery, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding firms through their 3E implementation and optimization journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—product, marketing, and technical—to ensure alignment and drive solution adoption.
  • Participate in Elite software release cycles, ensuring new features meet evolving customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer data in CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Take initiative on special projects that contribute to business growth and client engagement.

What You Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales consulting, or solution selling, ideally within the legal tech or financial systems space.
  • 5+ years of experience working with or consulting on PMS solutions (ideally 3E), either directly or through partner solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions and support enterprise software sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise software demonstrations; familiarity with techniques such as Demo2Win or Great Demo is a strong plus.
  • Experience with pre-sales enablement tools such as Consensus, Vivun, Homerun Presales, or Saleo is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of legal finance operations, with the ability to quickly learn and apply AP and other financial practices within the context of the 3E platform.
  • Strong expertise in PMS configurations and implementation, with a functional understanding of 3E or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with C-level executives to shape strategic technology decisions.
  • High level of initiative and independence, with a strategic and consultative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed team environment and contribute to shared goals.
  • Consistent performer under high-pressure deadlines, delivering results with precision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S., with occasional international trips.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation Package ($140,000 - $190,000 base salary + variable component)
  • Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage (Health, Dental, Vision)
  • Retirement Savings Plan with an Employer Contribution
  • Professional Development Opportunities
