Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Project Manager to lead strategic implementations for some of our largest UK-based customers. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, with a strong focus on managing complex on-premises to cloud migrations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project timelines, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle project management for major client implementations, including complex on-prem to cloud migration projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and long-term success.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and executive updates with both client and internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless transition to the cloud while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices for implementation and migration.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven track record managing complex software implementations, including cloud migration from legacy/on-prem systems.
- Experience working with law firms or within LegalTech required.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in enterprise environments.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or ERP systems is a strong plus.
